Who Me?

Well, all about me huh?  Where do I start?

I am a health food loving, essential oil addicted, Chiropractor living in small town Iowa!

This blog is all about us, meaning my husband, myself, and our 3 four legged pets!
I started this blog a few years ago and just couldn't keep myself accountable to writing.
A LOT of things have changed in my life in the last 2 years and someone (who is very persistent)
told me that I really should be blogging about all of it!  The good, the bad, and the ugly!  

So, here it is, all of it.
I will post projects, recipes, oily goodness, funny stories, sad stories, 

and posts about our life and our journey through it.
